JEFF J. DUNN-BERNSTEIN, AIF®

Jeff Dunn-Bernstein joined Tallus Capital Management in 2015 from Edward Jones, where he started his career as a financial advisor.  Jeff has remained connected to Tallus as a consulting advisor since launching QE Wealth Management in 2024, a specialized practice focused on high net worth clients and the integration of real estate. 

Jeff has extensive experience in wealth management including real estate consulting, charitable giving, asset management, retirement and pre-retirement financial planning, multi-generational planning, trust establishment and management, employer plans and insurance.

Collaborating closely with CPAs, attorneys, realtors, and mortgage brokers, he strives to ensure optimal guidance for client success.  Jeff is a sought-after consultant for fellow financial advisors seeking advice on property matters for their clients.

A graduate of Portland State University, Jeff currently holds Life, Disability, and Variable Annuity licenses.  He is Series 7 registered with LPL Financial and Series 66 registered with Financial Advocates Investment Management.

Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Jeff is passionate about art and enjoys adventuring with friends and family.  When away from Portland, Jeff, along with his wife Amanda and two sons, James and Alex, enjoy exploring the beautiful land and seascapes of the US Virgin Islands.
